And that's it...

After 8 weeks of following the progression you are now fit to run for 30 minutes straight. But this is only now the beginning of your journey, should you plan to continue with your running. Running is an excellent way for you to now stay in shape. You may be content with simply running 30 minutes three times a week, but if you wish to progress you can further challenge yourself. You can try to increase the distance covered on your route within 30 minutes or you can try to extend the length of time you jog for. Both options will make you into an even better runner. Perhaps you might like to enter some local charity 5 Kilometer races.
